What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping cost primarily depends on the manufacturer's ability to drop ship direct to your door. Brands like Pedego and OjO offer this service, so shipping is free. Brands such as Haibike or Felt need to come to our store first before they can be sent to you. Shipping for brands such as these is a flat $125.

 

Where do you ship to?
Any registered address in the 48 continental United States.

 

Can you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
We can, but it can become very expensive. In this case, the buyer would would have to cover the additional shipping cost.

 

What if I cover the cost to Canada or Mexico? Can you ship it to me there?
Unfortunately, no. Due to customs laws and large lithium batteries, there are stringent hazmat clearances that we have no authority to facilitate.

 

How long until I receive my bike?
Drop shipped bikes and bikes coming from our store usually take about a week, or 5-6 business days. If a bike is special ordered from the manufacturer to us,
then from us to you, it can take a few weeks. Other factors such as weather, business hours, carrier delays, busy season delays, and back orders can affect this outcome. We will stay in touch with you through the entire process so you know what's going on.
